Palette: New Eats in the Gold Coast

Tomorrow is the grand opening of Chef Derek Rylon’s newest venture Palette. You may already be familiar with Rylon’s eateries Batter & Berries in Lincoln Park and Rylon’s Smokehouse in the South Loop. The new three-level, 200-seat eatery offers a sports bar and fine dining on the first level; additional dining on a second level, and a piano bar and outdoor cafe on a third level. Everything is made from scratch — from the breakfast items to bountiful pasta, meat and fish dishes — and the menu will change each week.
